Сдается уютный домик со всеми условиями, с новым ремонтом, в 50 метрах от пляжа. Пляж обустроенный, с пологим склоном и мелким песком. Домик расположен в 10 минут ходьбы от пос. Манаскент карабудахкентского района и в 15 минутах езды на автомобиле от г. Каспийск. В 10 минутах езды на автомобиле находится аэропорт. Возле дома имеется кафе и вся пляжная инфраструктура. В доме 2 этажа, на 1 этаже большая гостиная, с 4 спальными местами, с кухонной мебелью, финской сауной, туалетом, душевой, верандой с мангалом и столиком. (на 1 этаже может проживать 1 семья). На 2 этаже большая прихожая со своей кухонной мебелью, 3 спальными комнатами, с 1 одной 2-х спальней и 4 односпальными кроватями и отдельным санузлом. (для 2 семьи). Сауна предоставляется за отдельную плату. В случае необходимости можно организовать трансфер с аэропорта и гида на своем автомобиле для поездок в туристические локации.
