Сдается дом на берегу Каспийского моря. В уютном коттеджном городке "Жемчужина Каспия" в районе п. Манас, а так же рядом находится санаторий "Каспий".

От аэропорта ехать 15 минут максимум, дорога асфальтированная. Удобное расположение для выездов к достопримечательностям горных районов, а так же в Дербент.

Охраняемая территория с отдельным выходом на пляж. В доме имеется вся необходимая техника, кондиционеры во всех комнатах, в том числе и на кухне, wi-fi хорошо работает во всех комнатах.

В доме три сан узла, панорамные окна, во дворе дома уютная беседка и мангальная зона рассчитанная на большую компанию.
Территория городка очень атмосферная, фонтан, беседки, красивый ландшафт, скамейки, все для уютных вечерних прогулок.
Пляж чистый, ухоженный, на пляжу беседки и раздевалка.
