Просторная 2х комнатная квартира на 2 этаже (из 10 этажей) в квартире есть всё самое необходимое для проживания. На кухне вся посуда для приготовления еды, кофемашина, стиральная машина. В зале большой угловой диван для 2х взрослых либо 3х детей. В спальне большая двуспальная кровать (2м на 1. 8м) для 2х взрослых плюс ребёнок до 3х лет. Есть ещё матрас можно постелить на пол для дополнительного человека. Для детей есть игрушки, детский стол и стулья (чтобы удобно было поесть, либо порисовать) квартира находится в самом отличном районе города. Море, озеро, парки, скверы, аквапарки в 5 минутах (на машине, либо автобусе) анжи-арена (там парк развлечения). Город каспийск в 20 минутах от нас на машине. Любой магазин, супермаркеты, аптеки, рестораны, кафе, бисто, магниты, спа центры, любые развлекательные заведения для детей и взрослых!
Море находится в 250 метрах от нас.
Озеро находится в 300 метрах от нас.
Скверы, аллеи, парк акгель, парк учительницы.
