Квартира рaспoлoженa в пepспeктивнoм pайoне гopoда! Pядом пapк, море, рестораны, магазины и всё, что нужно. До цeнтpa 3-5 мин. езды! На первом этаже дома находятся продуктовый, вещевой магазины. Через дорогу рестораны, парк, кафе, столовая, аптека и круглосуточный мегамаркет «зелёное яблоко».
В квартире имеется всё... Вплоть до посудомоечной, сушильной машины и т. д.
Для вечеpинок, тусовок и различных шумных сборищ квартира не сдаётся.

Лицам до 18 лет не сдаётся!
Нельзя шуметь.
Запрещено курить в квартире (штраф 5 т!).
Нельзя с животными.

За порчу имущества — возмещение ущерба.
Испачкали что-то — оплачиваете химчистку.

В случае отмены бронирования залог не возвращается.

Количество заселяющихся обсуждается заранее.
