Дом на берегу моря с террасой.
Двухэтажный дом с дизайнерским ремонтом.
На первом этаже есть кухонная зона, зона отдыха, сан узел, парная. На кухне есть все необходимое. Посуда, газовая плита, чайник, холодильник, стиральная машинка.

На втором этаже есть так же зона отдыха, телевизор, две спальни, сан узел и выход на террасу. Полотенца, постель, средства гигиены имеются в доме. Есть WiFi, утюг, фен.
С террасы открывается вид на море. На террасе также есть зона отдыха стол со стульями, качели, мангальная зона.
Дом рассчитан на 6-7 человек.

Преимущество в том, что дом находится на первой береговой линии. В 20 метрах находится море. Берег чистый, благоустроенный, есть лежаки, уличные зонты. Недалеко от дома есть кафе, рестораны, супермаркеты, доставка еды.
Есть парковка возле ворот дома, есть возможность загнать транспорт во двор при желании.

Правила проживания: есть возможность заселиться с детьми. С животными по договоренности (смотря какой питомец).
За причинение значительного ущерба взимается плата в стоимость испорченного предмета или же приобрести ту же вещь, что была испорчена, за исключением сломанной чашки, тарелки и всякой мелочи.
