Устраивать вечеринки и шумные мероприятия,
Приносить и употреблять запрещенные вещества,

количество людей не больше 2 взрослых (если не 1 чел) с детьми можно, ведётся запись с камер видеонаблюдения (наружная камера над входной дверью)

в случае нарушения правил выселяем сразу и оплата не возвращается!
За порчу имущества штраф от 5000 тыс рублей!

если вы сделали оплату за бронирование и по каким то причинам передумали то оплата не возвращается!
