Сдаётся уютный двухэтажный дом на берегу, до моря 100 шагов. Берег не многолюдный, так как находится за чертой города. От Махачкалы по Сулакской трассе 15 мин на автомобиле.

Спальных мест 10. На первом этаже санузел, кухня, большая гостиная. На втором этаже 4 спальни. Постельное бельё и полотенца предоставляются. Все комнаты оборудованы кондиционерами.

Закрытый двор, во дворе мангальная зона.
