Сдам домик у моря, двор, во дворе туалет, душ.
Мангал, вода, небольшой бассейн для детей. Все условия в доме туалет, душевая кондиционеры, стир. машинка. Если без пробок, то от кольца при выезде из города, ехать 12 мин. Если пробки 20 мин не больше. От домика до моря идти 2 минуты. Пляж чистый, берег отличный для купания с детьми особенно удобный. Сзади дома кафе, где готовят вкусно, быстро и чисто. Сдаю минимум от двух дней.

Вывоз и привоз в город за отдельную плату

Advantages:

Все еще лучше чем на фото, навес во вдоре очень сильно спасает, не у многих хозяев есть такой, кондей в каждой комнате, все очень чисто и современно. Пляж относительно соседних пустой, что тоже очень радует, отличный дом и хозяева!👍а еще есть казан, что тоже очень пригодилось)
