Уютная квартира в центре города, в спокойном тихом районе. Закрытый двор, крытая парковка во дворе дома, огражденная детская площадка. Два лифта работающих бесперебойно. Прямой общественный транспорт во все точки города, рядом круглосуточные аптеки, супермаркеты, кафе. Так же во дворе дома имеется супермаркет, фитнес зал, маркетплейс. Все необходимое в шаговой доступности. До набережной и городского пляжа 2 км. В квартире имеется абсолютно все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Преимущество нашей квартиры в том, что она находится на последнем этаже (не мансарда! ) и над вами никто шуметь не будет, ещё это высокие потолки и отличный вид на город.
