Закрытая территория, подходит любителям дачного отдыха: мангал, беседки, своя кухня.

Disadvantages:

Окраина города, трасса, никакой инфраструктуры, пойти вечером некуда. В магазины и кафе только на машине. Но самое ужасное за забором: строительный мусор, заброшенные заросшие участки, спуск к морю по железной лестнице, пляж дикий.
