Уютная квартира с новым ремонтом в самом центре города, возле моря у набережной. Сдается впервые. Внимание! сдается от 2-х суток и только туристам(командировачным). Квартира с отличной локацией, и красивым двором, под рукой пляж, парки, театры, музеи и самые лучшие рестораны, а также круглосуточный супермаркет с огромным выбором свежей продукции и кулинарии и множество других магазинов с готовой свежей едой.
УЧТИТЕ: Кондиционера нет, но в комнате не жарко 2 окна можно проветрить. 4 этаж лифта нет.
