Здравствуйте. Квартира после косметического ремонта, почти вся техника новая. В квартире есть всё для полноценного отдыха. Расположена рядом с морем, с оборудованным берегом для отдыха и развлечений (могу отправить фото или видео). Рядом магазины, рестораны, кинотеатр, парк, парк аттракционов и озеро Акгель (5–15 минут ходьбы от квартиры).

Диваны в квартире заводские, очень удобные для сна. Два комплекта белья с подушками прилагаются. Диван в комнате с телевизором большой, может вместить троих. Диван на кухне небольшой — подойдёт для подростков.

Двор тихий, спокойный, закрытый. В квартире нельзя курить и громко шуметь. При заезде иметь при себе паспорт. На остальные вопросы отвечу здесь или по звонку.
