Квартира вместимая и просторная, расположена в самом центре города в хорошем районе с прекрасным видом на город(ночью особенно красиво когда все загорается).
Все расположено близко, море парк находятся в 10-15 минутах.
Соседи спокойные, рядом есть магазины. Парковочное место большое, так же установлены камеры.
При входе на двери подъезда установлен кодовый домофон и никто посторонний не зайдет.
