Сдаётся посуточно еврооднушка, чистая, уютная. Новый ремонт (в квартире ещё никто не жил).

В шаговой доступности овощная база фрутон, супермаркет эхнатон, парк шахидов, парная амазон, аптеки, кафешки, остановка общественного транспорта.
Северная автостанция, удобная развязка для выезда в туры и горы. Минут 20 езды от аэропорта.
Минут 30 езды к загородному пляжу(чёрные камни, караман ).

Бесконтактное заселение в любое время суток

В квартире имеется всё необходимое. Чистое постельное бельё, полотенца, средства личной гигиены. Стиральная машина, утюг, фен, эл чайник, смарт тв. Необходимая посуда. Спальных мест даже 4 будет, имеются раскладные матрасы на всякий случай. За порчу имущества штраф!!!

Заселение только при предъявлении паспорта.
