Advantages:

Все понравилось. До пляжа 7 минут. Тихо во дворе. Рядом и магазины, и кафе, и рестораны, и автобусная остановка в любом направлении. До жд вокзала 10 минут на маршрутке. Хозяйка приветливая и ненавязчивая. Для комфортного проживания есть все. Чистенько, аккуратненько. Телевизор, стиралка, холодильник- все работает исправно. Есть вай-фай. Постельного белья и полотенец достаточно. Рекомендуем.
