Advantages:

Квартира прокуренная. Давно не было косметического ремонта. Фото устаревшие. Мебель старая… и много чего уже устарело в квартире. Приехал и уехал. В итоге даже не остановился.

Advantages:

Все было на высшем уровне! Прекрасная доступность магазины, море, кафе, рестораны, парк! Все в пешей доступности! Советую вам данные квартиры

Disadvantages:

Недостатки: 1. Не было тряпки для пола 2. Комары🥲так как рядом море 3. Недобросовестные жильцы немного подпортили обшивку дивана, но не критично
