Advantages:

Отличное месторасположение: можно очень быстро добраться до моря и из окна видно море! Есть всё необходимое для проживания, проблем с заселением не было, хозяйка рассказала что и где расположено, где поесть, где что купить.

Disadvantages:

Чистота в квартире хромает.
