Квартира теплая, чистая. Заселение дистанционное. Собственник квартиры очень доброжелательная, заселение своевременное, всегда на связи. Приезжал по работе - идеальный вариант. Рядом есть магазины продуктовые, хозяйственные, кофе. Отличное место! Рекомендую

Advantages:

Переночевать с дороги можно.

Disadvantages:

Но вторую квартиру за эти деньги в разы лучше сняли. Неуютно, и вещи некоторые как будто со свалки. Починить шкаф в кухне, он отваливается, хотя бы замазать косяки вокруг дверей шпаклей, а не засовывать туда бумагу и дрова.
