Advantages:

Квартира соответствует фото, быстрое удобное бесконтактное заселение, подробная инструкция по заселению. Хозяин всегда на связи

Disadvantages:

Но находиться в квартире очень тяжело. С одной стороны ездит поезд прямо под окнами квартиры, с другой стороны (квартира находится прямо напротив лифта на первом этаже), постоянно хлопает дверь в подъезде и разговаривают люди у лифта. Ужасно шумно. Кажется, что ты находишься на вокзале.
