Advantages:

В квартиру попасть не удалось, предложили другой вариант, за эту же стоимость. Думаю, что вариант, в котором жили, был лучше. По крайней мере хозяйка квартиры прекрасная доброжелательная.

Disadvantages:

Условия не пригодные для элементарного ночлега. Из 5 дней, 1 день не было газа соответственно и горячей воды, 2 дня не было света и соответственно все вытекающие. И это там постоянно и собственник в курсе и не предупреждает об этом

Квартира большая, современная. Поностью соответствует описанию, симпатичный ремонт. Количество спальных мест соответствует. Рядом расположено много магазинов, кофейн.
