Advantages:

Хозяйка встретила с радушием. Вся техника новая,кондиционер хорошо работает. Квартира и постельные принадлежности были чистыми. До моря минуты 3 ходьбы, с другой стороны до проспекта тоже 3 минуты ходьбы. Все рядом. в общем нам всё понравилось. Хотим в следующем году заселиться тут же.
