Комфортабельный дoм у моря. Новый ремoнт. Дoм находится в самом ближайшем от города, загородном районе моря, рядом с кардиологической больницей. Гипермаркет глобус в 500метрах. До пляжа минута пешком, чистый, благоустроенный и ухоженный берег. Все условия для комфортного отдыха и проживания.

В доме: 1 спальня с большой двуспальной кроватью, раскладной диван). И дополнительно матрасы при необходимости.
Телевизор, стиральная машина, кондиционер, утюг, фен, вся необходимая посуда. Чистое постельное бельё, полотенца, мыло, шампуни. Место для парковки машины во дворе.

Горячая, холодная вода постоянно!
