Advantages:

Квартира большая, светлая, уютная, находится рядом с морем. Магазины, кафе находятся близко, остановка общественного транспорта близко. Цена полностью соответствует. Рекомендую.

Disadvantages:

Хозяин квартиры отказался в ее передаче. Написал практически в тот момент когда мы приехали, что приложение "Суточно. Ру" - неправильно показывает занятость квартир. В итоге пришлось искать другое жилье
