В квартире имеется все, для комфортного проживания и отдыха, квартира чистая, вся мебель новая.

Проживание с животными запрещено.
Проведение мероприятий запрещено.
Курение в квартире запрещено. Штраф - 5 тыс руб.

Самое главное правило, мыть посуду за собой и выносить мусор!!!
После каждого выезда гостей проводим генеральную уборку;
