Полностью соответствует фото и описанию. Все в квартире новое. Все нужное из бытовой техники есть, даже кофеварка. Всегда есть место для парковки. Кондиционер работает как надо. Очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин. Отличный вид на море. Всем рекомендую!
