Advantages:

Удачное расположение (рядом клиника, аптеки, магазины). Тихий закрытый двор. Хозевы вежливые, адекватные. В квартире очень чисто. Есть СВЧ, фен, постельное, полотенца, набор посуды для готовки, моющие средства для квартиры, посуды, тела.
