Advantages:

Хозяин квартиры очень отзывчивый, быстро улаживал все вопросы. Квартира чистая и просторная. Вид из окна великолепный. В двух минутах от дома есть продуктовые магазины. Центральный пляж в 40 минутах ходьбы. Единственное, расстроило отсутствие кондиционера в зале, вышли из ситуации применив способ проветривания))
