Advantages:

Новый дом, чистая квартира. 4к телевизор. При некоторых недостатках вариант вполне нормальный.

Disadvantages:

Учтите, что окно на кухне смотрит прямо в стену, на фотографии если присмотреться это видно. Но в принципе это не критично для кратковременного проживания. Не хватает бытовых мелочей типа вешалки для полотенца в ванной.

Advantages:

Квартира находится и рядом с морем, и рядом с центральной улицей. Бесконтактное заселение и выселение.

Disadvantages:

Окно выходит на соседнюю стену. В доме ремонт. Не работал тв, но мне настроили ютьюб. Очень громко работал холодильник.
