Advantages:

Большой просторный полностью обставленный дом, широкий двор с большой мангально-столовой зоной. Кондиционеры в двух комнатах. Очень приятный хозяин! Чувствовали себя как дома

Disadvantages:

Будьте готовы, к тому что дом находится в «эпицентре» строительной площадки, на окраине Каспийска. Пляжа в пешей доступности нет, ближайший магазин в 1 км. Нас не напрягало, тк везде на машине. Без машины- расположение не лучшее.
