Сдам просторный новый 2-х этажный дом на берегу моря. В доме имеются все условия для комфортного проживания и отдыха. На первом этаже располагается спальная комната, кухня гостиная (студия) и санузел. На втором этаже расположены 2 спальные комнаты и санузел. В доме имеется стиральная машина, холодильник, 2 кондиционера, телевизор, wi-fi и т.п. Курить в доме запрещено. Во дворе большая беседка на 10-12 человек и большой тах. Мангал-барбекю, казан, самовар. Уличный санузел и летний душ. Дом находится рядом с базой Дельфин-2. До моря 150 метров. Сдаю только туристам и для семейного отдыха. Шумным и буйным компаниям не сдаю. Заезд строго в 14:00. Выезд в 12:00.
