Advantages:

Удобное место расположения, рядом рынок, магазины. Есть место для парковки возле дома. В комнате чисто и уютно. Есть сплит система.

Disadvantages:

Комната на втором этаже, а душ и туалет на первом, не очень удобно. Выдали только маленькие полотенца, хотелось бы ещё большой.
