Advantages:

Отличная квартира. Просторная, светлая. Хорошая мебель и техника. А расположение просто выше всяких похвал. С одной стороны море с другой горы. Прекрасное место для прогулок. Рядом магазины и пиццерия. Так же очень удобно поехать в Каспийск, рядом с домом ходит маршрутка. Очень лояльный хозяин. Самое главное о всех пожеланиях писать заранее. Очень рекомендую к заселению.
